Job Title: Plant Junior Coordinator

Department: Plant Operations / Production

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Plant Supervisor / Plant Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Plant Junior Coordinator to support day-to-day plant operations and coordination activities. The candidate will assist with production planning, record-keeping, coordinating with different departments, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities between Production, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, and other departments.
- Assist in preparing daily production plans and monitoring production progress.
- Maintain daily production, stock, material movement, and operational records.
- Coordinate with the stores team regarding raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Monitor material availability and report shortages to the concerned team.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to production and plant operations.
- Support the Plant Supervisor in monitoring manpower and daily work allocation.
- Coordinate with Quality and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in tracking production targets and reporting deviations.




- Maintain proper documentation and records of plant activities.
- Follow company safety, quality, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Escalate production delays, material shortages, or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Perform other plant coordination and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Operations, Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in plant coordination, production, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced plant environment.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of production and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of inventory and material movement.
- Familiarity with ERP/software used for production or inventory m

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
