- Operate plant equipment and machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Monitor plant processes, production parameters, and equipment performance.

- Conduct routine inspections and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.

- Maintain production records, log sheets, and operational reports.

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.

- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the plant area.

- Assist in plant start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.

- Monitor raw material consumption and process efficiency.

- Follow quality standards to ensure product specifications are met.

Required Qualification

- B. Sc/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, or related field.

- 1-5 years of experience in plant operations (industry-specific experience preferred).

- Knowledge of industrial equipment, pumps, compressors, valves, and control systems.

- Understanding of safety practices and production processes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
