We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented skilled to lead our factory operations and drive manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end factory operations and production planning.
- Ensure production targets, product quality, and timely dispatches.
- Optimize machinery performance, manpower utilization, and manufacturing costs.
- Control material wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance, inventory, safety, and statutory compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
- Candidates from the same industry,



particularly paper packaging, paper cups, paperboard converting, or food-grade paper packaging, will be strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, production management, and problem-solving skills.
- Engineering degree or diploma preferred.
