We need a Plant Manager, having 15+ years of Esperience, he oversees the entire daily operations of a manufacturing, production facility, ensuring safety, quality, and output goals are met within budget.

Core Responsibilities

Operations Oversight: Direct day-to-day manufacturing, production schedules, quality control, and maintenance activities.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety regulations, environmental policies, and local/state legal standards.

Budget & Financial Management: Create, manage, and monitor operating and capital expenditure budgets to minimize waste and control costs.

Team Leadership: Train, Supervise, and Evaluate plant staff and department heads.

Continuous Improvement: Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles to optimize workflows and boost output.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between corporate executives, procurement, sales, and the factory floor.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
