Role Overview

You will lead student placements, build and manage corporate relationships, and train students to be job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run campus placement drives and internship programs
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and corporate partners
- Bring in new hiring partners and industry collaborations
- Conduct training in aptitude, soft skills, resume building,



GD and interview preparation
- Prepare students for corporate roles through mock interviews and workshops
- Track placement data and report to management
- Organise masterclasses, guest lectures and industry visits

Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA / PG in any discipline (MBA HR or Marketing preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, training or HR, preferably in an educational institute
- Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills
- Strong corporate contacts are an advantage
