Profile Placement Manager – Corporate Relations

Location – Bangalore OR Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate organizations, HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Identify and generate job opportunities for students through corporate partnerships.
- Build and expand the organization's corporate network to support placement activities.
- Coordinate with employers for job openings, candidate shortlisting, interviews, and recruitment drives.
- Manage end-to-end placement activities, including interview scheduling, offer follow-ups, and joining coordination.




- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, corporate interactions, and placement events.
- Collaborate with internal academic and training teams to improve student employability and placement outcomes.
- Conduct resume-building sessions, mock interviews, career counselling, and interview preparation activities.
- Track placement progress, maintain placement databases, and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
- Achieve placement targets and ensure strong employer and candidate engagement.
- Explore new business opportunities and establish long-term corporate partnerships.
