About Pravaayu

As the Patient Experience Executive, you are the first person a patient meets and the person who keeps the clinic on schedule. Many patients walk in with pain and anxiety — your job is to make them feel looked after before they see a doctor. You report to the Senior Physiotherapist; this is the entry point to our clinic operations track.

The role: You're the clinician who turns a patient's pain into a measurable recovery plan. Most patients walk in guarded, having tried medication or been told surgery is their only option — you assess them properly,explain what's actually going on, and deliver hands-on care that shows progress session over session. You work closely with the treating doctor on diagnosis and plan, and with the front desk on scheduling. You report to the Center Manager / Senior Physiotherapist / Senior Doctor.

What you will do: Assessment

- Conduct musculoskeletal assessments — posture, movement, strength and pain mapping — for every new patient before treatment begins.

Treatment planning
- Design a personalised, protocol-aligned treatment plan with the doctor, and adjust it as the patient progresses.

Hands-on therapy
- Deliver manual therapy, corrective exercises and electrotherapy modalities (IFT, TENS, ultrasound, etc.) as the case requires. Target: measurable improvement in pain/ROM scores by review date.

Progress tracking
- Record outcomes — pain scores, range of motion, functional tests — in our software after every session,



so the full history is visible to the doctor.

Patient education
- Teach home-exercise programs, posture and ergonomics so recovery holds after the patient leaves the clinic.

Coordination
- Sync with doctors and front desk on scheduling and case handovers so every patient's care stays on track.

Who we are looking for

Required

- Bachelors or Master's in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) with a valid state physiotherapy
- council registration.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in musculoskeletal/orthopaedic physiotherapy —

sports injury, spine, joint or post-fracture care — in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and common electrotherapy modalities; documents outcomes rather thanworking off memory.
- Able to explain a treatment plan clearly to patients across age groups; fluent in English and Hindi.

Preferred
- Comfortable working to a structured, protocol- led process rather than an unstructured one.
- Fluency in Marathi and Gujarati in addition to

English and Hindi.
