Client: A Reputed PG Girls College A reputed PG Girls College in Sikar District, Rajasthan, is looking to appoint a qualified Assistant Professor in Physics. The role involves teaching, student mentorship, academic support, research, and contributing to departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars in Physics.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Teach and guide undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Support Professors and Department Heads with academic and departmental responsibilities.
- Conduct research and publish papers in academic journals.




- Participate in academic conferences and deliver presentations when required.

Educational Qualifications

- NET/SET qualification is mandatory.

Experience

- Minimum 3 Years of teaching and/or research experience.
- College or university teaching experience preferred.
- Published research work will be an advantage.

- Strong subject knowledge in Physics and a passion for teaching.
- Effective teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
