About the Role

Next XR India is looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of PHP development, web technologies, and database management, along with the ability to develop, maintain, and optimize web applications.

The candidate will work closely with the development team to build and maintain web-based solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following development best practices.
- Work with databases such as MySQL to manage and retrieve application data.
- Develop and maintain backend functionalities, APIs, and server-side applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to integrate application components.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
- Maintain technical documentation for developed features and applications.
- Assist in implementing new features and enhancements based on project requirements.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compatibility across different platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in PHP development or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of PHP and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development principles.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.




- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of website performance optimization and debugging techniques.
- Knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
