Life Line Health Care Hospital is seeking a qualified, responsible, and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, managing pharmacy inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the safe and appropriate supply of medicines in accordance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines as prescribed by authorized medical practitioners.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosage, and potential medication interactions.
- Provide patients with clear instructions regarding medication dosage, timing, storage, and precautions.
- Maintain proper stock levels of medicines, surgical items, and other pharmaceutical supplies.
- Monitor medicine expiry dates and ensure expired or damaged products are removed from sale or dispensing.
- Maintain accurate records of medicine purchases, sales, stock movements, and controlled medicines, wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related queries.
- Monitor stock shortages and arrange timely replenishment of medicines.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures, applicable drug regulations, and hospital policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene within the pharmacy.




- Assist in preparing pharmacy reports and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Provide courteous and professional service to patients and their attendants.

Eligibility Criteria
- D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Pharmacy Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy billing or inventory software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to medication safety.
