We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates for the Personal Loan process associated with IDFC FIRST Bank. Candidates with good communication skills who are interested in building a career in the banking and financial services industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers regarding personal loan products and services.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Follow up with customers regarding applications and pending documents.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain accurate records.
- Follow company policies and customer service standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Versant Level 4 communication proficiency preferred.
- Valuable verbal communication skills required.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Willingness to work from the Thane office.




- Positive attitude and customer-handling skills.

Salary Details

NAPS Role

- Monthly in-hand stipend: ₹21,000, subject to applicable scheme terms.

CTC-Based Role

- Monthly CTC: ₹22,000
- Approximate monthly in-hand salary: ₹18,600, subject to applicable deductions.

Working Schedule
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Location: Thane, Maharashtra
