We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Personal Loan Sales team for a banking process in Thane. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining personal loan products, and assisting them throughout the application process.

Candidates with good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers and explain personal loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending applications.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Follow applicable banking procedures and customer communication guidelines.





Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Interest in banking, financial services, and sales.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales workplace.
- Versant Level 4 communication assessment requirement.

Salary and Benefits NAPS Position: ₹21,000 monthly in-hand salary.

CTC Position: ₹22,000 monthly CTC, with approximately ₹18,600 monthly in-hand salary.

Salary structure and employment category will be confirmed during the recruitment process.

Working Schedule

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Work Location: Thane, Maharashtra
- Pick-up and drop facility from Thane railway station, available from the training period, as per company policy.
