Portfolio Manager_Personal Loan_0118_2618_1043862_HRR Job Title: Portfolio Manager – Personal Loans Job Purpose: To manage and grow the Personal Loan portfolio by driving customer engagement, portfolio profitability, delinquency control, cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring adherence to risk and compliance guidelines. The role involves monitoring portfolio performance, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the Personal Loan portfolio to ensure portfolio health and profitability. Track portfolio performance metrics such as disbursements, utilization, delinquency, roll rates, and customer retention. Engage with existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Drive portfolio growth through customer acquisition referrals and repeat business. Analyze portfolio trends and identify risks impacting business performance. Coordinate with sales, operations, credit, and collections teams to ensure smooth portfolio management.

Monitor early delinquency accounts and support collection efforts for overdue customers. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit guidelines. Prepare MIS reports and portfolio performance reviews for management.





Handle customer queries and complaints within defined service standards. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in Personal Loans, Consumer Lending, Retail Assets, Portfolio Management, or Relationship Management.

Experience in portfolio monitoring, customer servicing, and retail lending products preferred.
