TheFactual builds fintech products for financial markets. We're launching with a crypto trading platform for phone traders, and video ads are a big part of how it will grow.

About the Role We're looking for a Performance Video Editor to make the video ads and ad-style creatives that creators and campaigns run. You edit for performance: strong hooks, fast pacing, and many variations to test. You'll use the numbers (hook rate, hold rate, click-through) to decide what to make next.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit video ads from briefs and raw footage: UGC-style, talking head, screen-recording demos and motion-graphic ads
- Deliver every ad in the formats that platforms need (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
- Produce multiple hook variations of each concept for testing
- Use performance data from the team to iterate on what works
- Build ad templates and keep the creative asset kit up to date
- Keep a clean, organized library of project and source files
- Deliver on time and follow the brand and content rules

Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience editing video ads for performance (Meta, TikTok or YouTube)
- A portfolio of ads you edited, with performance proof (hook rate, click-through rate, spend, views,



or a reference from the media buyer or strategist)
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, captions and sound for short ads
- Skill in CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or After Effects
- Fast turnaround: can tell us how many ad variations you deliver in a day
- Clear written English

Preferred

- Experience with finance, crypto, fintech or app-install ads
- Motion graphics and caption styling
- Comfort with AI video and voice tools

Compensation and Advantages

- ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, fixed salary, based on experience
- 100% remote, flexible hours with one fixed hour of daily overlap
- Company-paid editing and AI tool licenses
