About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 3–4 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, drive conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative testing.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve marketing targets.

Required Skills




- 3–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in real estate or other lead-generation-focused industries is a plus.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: ₹15,000–₹50,000 per month.
- Salary will be decided based on experience, skills, and proven results.
