Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, and digital campaign optimisation. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing advertising campaigns, analysing performance data, and improving ROI to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Develop performance marketing strategies to generate quality leads and conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimise campaigns for better ROI and ROAS.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Optimise landing pages, ad creatives, and audience targeting.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with design, content,



and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation, paid campaigns, and conversion optimisation.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and improving campaign performance.
