We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage international marketing campaigns, improve organic search visibility, and build growth strategies using SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

* Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage international lead-generation campaigns targeting the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and other relevant markets.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, conversion funnels, and landing-page strategies.
- Track CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign profitability.
- Manage advertising budgets and continuously improve campaign performance.

1. International SEO

* Develop and execute SEO strategies for international markets.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent mapping, and market research.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, internal links, and site structure.
- Implement technical SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals improvements, and international SEO best practices.
- Work with developers to resolve indexing, crawling, and website performance issues.
- Plan country-specific SEO strategies and, where appropriate, multilingual content and hreflang implementation.

1. GEO – Generative Engine Optimization





* Optimize content to improve the chances of being discovered, referenced, or cited by AI-powered search and answer platforms.
- Develop authoritative, fact-based content with clear structure and credible sources.
- Improve brand visibility across AI-driven discovery experiences, including Google AI Overviews and other relevant AI search platforms.
- Monitor brand mentions, citations, and AI search visibility where measurable.
- Build topical authority through expert content, digital PR, and relevant industry publications.

1. AEO – Answer Engine Optimization

* Optimize content for direct answers, featured snippets, and conversational search queries.
- Develop FAQ sections, structured answers, and question-based content.
- Implement relevant structured data and schema markup.
- Align website content with search intent and common customer questions.
- Improve visibility across voice search and answer-oriented search experiences.

1. Analytics, Reporting & CRO

* Set up and monitor Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Build campaign reports and dashboards to measure business outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, ads, headlines, and calls to action.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and competitor benchmarking.

1. B2B Lead Generation

* Generate qualified international leads for CAS Media Solutions’ services.
- Develop campaigns for website development, digital marketing, game development, animation, and architectural visualization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality, follow-up, and conversion rates.
- Support LinkedIn marketing, remarketing,



and account-based campaigns where relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Practical experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of international SEO, keyword research, and technical SEO.
- Understanding of GEO, AEO, AI search visibility, and structured data.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of landing-page optimization and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work toward measurable growth targets.

Preferred Skills

- Experience generating B2B leads in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or UAE.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead-nurturing workflows.
- A portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable campaign results.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Qualified international leads generated.
- Cost per qualified lead and conversion rate.
- Paid campaign profitability and ROAS, where applicable.
- Organic traffic growth and non-branded keyword visibility.
- Growth in qualified organic enquiries.
- AI search visibility, relevant citations, and brand mentions where measurable.
- Landing-page conversion rate and website engagement.
- Accuracy and consistency of analytics and reporting.
