Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Manage paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention for our e-commerce platform.

- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools like Google Analytics to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Content Creation) to create targeted ad creatives and landing pages.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Growth Marketing and Paid Marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or related field (Growth Marketing).

- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent from a reputable institution.

- Robust understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager etc. .

- Proficiency in managing multiple ad formats across various channels (Google Ads/Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads/LinkedIn Ads/YouTube Ads).
