Cenitpro is a quick-growing digital agency in Kolkata. We work with domestic and international clients across E-commerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and B2B sectors. We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive / PPC Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns that drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Execution: End-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Performance Focus: Manage lead generation and conversion-oriented campaigns with a focus on lowering CPL/CPA and maximizing ROAS.
- Analytics & Tracking: Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and custom events using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- A/B Testing: Conduct audience research, keyword mapping, ad copy iterations, and landing page analysis.
- Reporting:



Monitor performance metrics daily and generate weekly/monthly client performance reports.

Key Requirements:

- 1.5 to 3 years of proven hands-on experience in paid ad management.
- Strong expertise with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
- Strong data-analytical skills and understanding of marketing funnels.
