Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities for our two businesses: Cosmic Safety (professional training and education) and National Lights Company (retail and decorative lighting).

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads, customer enquiries and course enrolments.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimise campaigns for better ROI.
- Develop social media growth strategies and coordinate content creation.
- Improve website traffic, landing pages and lead conversions.
- Use Canva, ChatGPT and AI tools to improve marketing productivity.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and reporting tools.
- Monitor cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates and return on ad spend.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and recommend improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 24 years of practical digital/performance marketing experience.




- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven ability to generate leads through paid advertising.
- Understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with SEO, Canva and AI marketing tools.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and achieve measurable targets.

Preference: Candidates with proven advertising campaign results and experience in lead generation for education, training, retail or service businesses.
