HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Are you passionate about digital advertising, lead generation, and driving measurable business growth? We’re looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who can manage paid campaigns, generate quality leads, and optimise advertising performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Generate qualified leads for school admissions, daycare programmes, and franchise expansion.

Monitor and optimise CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.

Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and remarketing campaigns.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Collaborate with creative, sales, admissions, and franchise teams to improve lead conversions.





Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.

Robust expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

Experience in lead generation, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Experience in education, preschool, daycare, or franchise businesses will be an advantage.
