Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 INR per month, depending on experience and skills. The role involves planning and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns across relevant channels to generate leads and support sales objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing targeting and messaging, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and preparing regular reports on key metrics.



The executive will also contribute to marketing strategies, maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders, and ensure campaigns align with business goals and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective performance campaigns.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Sales skills to identify opportunities, understand customer behavior, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, present insights, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Relevant experience in performance marketing, digital advertising platforms, and basic data analysis or reporting tools is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Delhi and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
