Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing & Social Media skilled to manage digital campaigns, social media platforms, lead generation and online brand presence for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
- Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop digital marketing strategies for real estate projects, campaigns and launches.
- Drive qualified leads and enquiries through paid and organic digital channels.
- Monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL), leads, conversions, Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and overall campaign performance.
- Coordinate with creative/content teams for creatives, videos, reels, posts and ad copies.
- Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing and campaign budget optimization.




- Prepare regular Digital Marketing Management Information System (MIS) and performance reports.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and emerging digital opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales/CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across digital platforms.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Digital Lead Generation.
- Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4) and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical, reporting and campaign optimization skills.
- Good communication, content understanding and creative thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver within timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media and Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Real Estate / Property / Construction will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Graduation is mandatory; relevant Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
