We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Meta Ads & Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop effective lead generation and conversion-focused advertising strategies.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create and execute social media content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to develop engaging ad creatives, reels, and promotional content.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Implement and manage Meta Pixel, retargeting campaigns, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor advertising budgets and optimize CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Develop marketing funnels for educational programs, webinars, and other company services.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Proven experience generating qualified leads through paid advertising.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Strong creative thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage advertising campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, and AI marketing tools is an advantage.
- Experience in the finance, education, or EdTech industry will be preferred.
