Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for a result-oriented Performance Manager to monitor business performance, improve team productivity, and ensure the achievement of organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the performance of teams and departments against assigned targets.
- Set and track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Analyze performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with department heads to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare performance reports and present updates to management.




- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Monitor progress towards organizational goals and recommend improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in performance management, operations, or business management.
- Robust analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and performance reporting.
- Ability to work with targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
