About the Role

We're growing our team in Bengaluru and looking for a People & Operations Manager who can take ownership of hiring, team building, and day-to-day company operations.

This is a hands-on role with the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems, and take responsibility for getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Manage hiring end to end, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- People operations: Manage employee engagement, HR administration, documentation, and day-to-day employee matters.
- Company operations: Oversee office administration, vendors, equipment, employee logistics, and workplace requirements.
- HR coordination: Coordinate payroll, perks, and statutory compliance with external partners.
- Execution and processes: Manage operational priorities, follow through on decisions, and establish easy, effective processes as the company grows.

Qualifications & Experience

- Hands-on experience in recruitment, people operations,



business operations, or a combination of these.
- Proven ability to manage hiring independently, preferably across engineering, product, or business functions.
- Practical knowledge of employee administration, HR processes, and workplace operations.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Sound judgment, discretion in handling confidential matters, and the ability to make decisions independently.
- A resourceful, proactive approach to solving problems, with a track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
- Experience in a technology company or growing business is preferred.
