Role & responsibilities
Experienced in managing end-to-end execution of PEB and warehouse construction projects.
Skilled in project planning, scheduling, resource management, and site execution monitoring.
Solid coordination with PEB vendors, contractors, MEP teams, consultants, and clients.
Expertise in reviewing fabrication/erection drawings, material management, and erection sequencing.
Ensures quality control for foundations, anchor bolts, structural assembly, sheeting, and finishing works.
Enforces safety standards, risk management, and conducts regular inspections.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities for smooth project delivery.
