We are looking for a Payroll & Compliance Executive with 3-5 years of experience in the staffing industry to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and full & final settlements.

Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labour law requirements.

Ensure timely monthly compliance filings, challan payments, and employee documentation.

Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave,



and employee data reconciliation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams on payroll and compliance-related matters.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

What were looking for:

3–5 years of relevant experience in a staffing or manpower services organisation.

Strong hands-on knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances.

Valuable Excel skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage payroll deadlines and multiple employee records.
