Salary :- Up to 18,000 PM

About the Role :-

We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Paramedical Faculty members who can deliver engaging, concept- based and exam-oriented online classes. The ideal candidates should be able to simplify complex topics, prepare quality study materials and help students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities :-

Conduct live and recorded online classes for paramedical students.

Explain concepts in a simple, clear and student-friendly manner.

Prepare PPTs, PDF notes, short notes and other study materials.

Create MCQs, practice tests, previous year questions (PYQs) and important questions.

Conduct one-shot, revision and crash course sessions as required.

Explain practical and clinical concepts using examples, diagrams and flowcharts.

Guide students on exam preparation and answer-writing strategies.

Address students’ academic queries and encourage classroom interaction.

Coordinate with the academic and content teams for course planning and syllabus completion.

Participate in educational YouTube classes and video sessions when required.

Radiology & Imaging Technology

Operation Theatre Technology

Dialysis Technology

Emergency & Trauma Care

Anaesthesia Technology

Optometry

Physiotherapy

Other Allied Health Science and Paramedical subjects

Qualifications :-

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant Paramedical or Allied Health Science field.

Strong subject knowledge and conceptual understanding.

Good communication, presentation and teaching skills.

Ability to teach in Hindi, English or Hinglish.

Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching abilities are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

Previous online or offline teaching experience.

Confidence in teaching in front of a camera.

Familiarity with university examination patterns and syllabi.

Ability to develop exam-oriented and concept-based educational content.

Knowledge of PowerPoint and digital teaching tools.

A student-friendly, responsible and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
