We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Paint Shop Supervisor to manage and supervise powder coating operations in our manufacturing facility.

Job Details

- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in in related field
- Experience: 1–4 Years
- Industry: Sheet Metal Manufacturing / Powder Coating
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Interview)

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily powder coating and paint shop operations.
- Ensure proper surface preparation, pretreatment, and powder coating processes.
- Monitor coating quality, thickness, adhesion, and finishing.
- Manage manpower and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Maintain powder coating process parameters and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of powder, chemicals, and other materials.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards in the paint shop.
