The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring alignment with both business requirements and vendor limitations.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in managing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring minimal disruption and high quality.
- Familiarity with setting and enforcing platform standards to maintain system stability and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
