Role Description The Owner role at ⟨A|Q⟩MATiCS is a full-time, on-site position based in Tumkur, responsible for overall strategic direction and business leadership. Day-to-day activities include defining and refining the company’s vision in quantum technologies, building partnerships with clients across finance, pharma, tech, government, aerospace, and manufacturing, and overseeing key projects from concept to delivery. The Owner will manage financial planning, resource allocation, and operational performance while guiding teams in research, product development, and client services.

This role involves representing the organization in industry forums, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring that all initiatives align with long-term growth and innovation goals.





Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, or senior management, preferably in technology, scientific, or deep-tech sectors.
- Foundational understanding of quantum technologies (e.g., quantum computing, quantum cryptography, quantum chemistry, or quantum machine learning) and their practical applications in industry.
- Solid strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, including experience with building and scaling organizations.
- Proven track record in client relationship management, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement across diverse industries.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating investment opportunities or funding strategies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster a collaborative culture, and support inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible business value for different audiences.
- Relevant academic background in business, engineering, physics, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees are beneficial but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tumkur and engage closely with local and global partners.
