About the Role We're looking for an Outreach Assistant to keep a steady flow of creators coming into our recruiter's calendar. You'll build lists, send approved messages, follow up and track everything.

Key Responsibilities

- Build lists of creators and channel owners on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Telegram and Discord
- Send outreach messages every day from approved scripts
- Follow up and book calls into the recruiter's calendar
- Keep an accurate tracking sheet with daily numbers
- Report replies and objections to the recruiter each week

Qualifications

- 1+ year of outreach experience (DMs, email or calls)
- Can share your daily volume and reply rate
- Experience with outreach tools and spreadsheets
- Comfortable using AI tools for lists and drafts
- Clear written English

Preferred





- Experience with creator or influencer outreach
- Experience with crypto or finance audiences

Compensation and Benefits

- ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, fixed salary, based on experience
- A small bonus for every creator who posts
- 100% remote, flexible schedule with one fixed hour of daily overlap
