Role Description The Owner role at SDLC Corp is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, responsible for overall strategic direction, business growth, and operational excellence across global delivery units. The Owner oversees long-term vision for AI products, software engineering services, and enterprise solutions, ensuring they align with market needs and the company’s mission of solving real business problems. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business objectives, driving revenue targets, managing key client relationships, and guiding leadership teams across sales, technology, product, and operations.

The role involves evaluating new market opportunities, approving major investments, and ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and industry standards. The Owner also cultivates a high-performance culture, supports talent development, and represents the organization in external partnerships, industry events, and strategic negotiations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in founding, owning, or leading a technology, AI,



or software engineering organization, with accountability for strategy, P&L;, and business growth.
- Solid background in AI, software development, or enterprise technology (e.g., applied AI, SaaS products, ERP/CRM platforms, cloud infrastructure) and the ability to make informed technical and business decisions.
- Demonstrated capability in building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Track record of developing and executing long-term business strategies, entering new markets, and scaling services or products globally.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills for engaging with enterprise clients, partners, and internal leadership.
