Midaspire Global Services LLP is urgently hiring candidates for the Outbound Lead Generation process.

The role involves interacting with US-based customers and generating leads through effective communication and sales outreach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle outbound lead generation activities for US-based customers.

Communicate professionally with customers in fluent English.

Generate and qualify leads through effective customer interactions.

Engage with potential customers and identify business opportunities.

Maintain professional communication and follow the defined calling process.





CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

HSC qualification or above.

Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in international inbound or outbound sales are preferred.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work from the office during the night shift.

Comfortable working from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Candidates residing within approximately 10 km of the office location are preferred.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary up to ₹25,000 per month.

Fixed Saturday and Sunday weekly offs.
