Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled OT Technician with 2–3 years of experience in laparoscopic surgeries. The candidate should be proficient in OT preparation, surgical instrument handling, sterilization procedures, and assisting the surgical team during laparoscopic and other surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and set up the operation theatre before surgical procedures.

· Handle, assemble, and operate laparoscopic instruments and equipment.

· Assist surgeons and the surgical team during laparoscopic surgeries.

· Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and maintenance of surgical instruments.

· Check the functioning of laparoscopic cameras, monitors, light sources, insufflators, and other OT equipment.

· Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and OT safety standards.

· Ensure the availability of surgical instruments, consumables, and other required materials.

· Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses,



and other OT staff.

· Maintain OT records, equipment logs, and sterilization documentation.

· Ensure proper cleaning, care, and safe storage of surgical instruments and equipment.

Eligibility Criteria

· Diploma or relevant qualification in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT).

· Minimum 3-5years years of experience in an operation theatre, preferably with hands-on experience in laparoscopic procedures.

· Good knowledge of laparoscopic instruments, equipment, and sterilization techniques.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.

· Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

· Practical experience with laparoscopic surgical equipment and instrument handling.

· Knowledge of infection prevention and biomedical waste management.

· Ability to troubleshoot basic OT equipment issues.

· Responsible, disciplined, and attentive to patient safety.

Shift Timing: Rotational shift

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
