About the Role :

We are seeking experienced Oracle SaaS Security Consultants and Senior Consultants to support Oracle Cloud ERP security engagements. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and maintaining role-based security within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with a strong emphasis on Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and customize Oracle Cloud job roles and duty roles based on business requirements.
- Create custom roles from scratch and modify existing roles to meet changing security requirements.
- Implement and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls across Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
- Work with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC).
- Assess security risks and recommend appropriate remediation measures.




- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to address security requirements and compliance needs.
- Maintain role designs, security matrices, and SoD rulesets for audit and documentation purposes.
- Support periodic security reviews, audits, and compliance reporting.

Required Skills :

- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Security or Oracle ERP Cloud Security.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud job roles, duty roles, and custom role creation and customization.
- Practical experience in SoD analysis and remediation.
- Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), including AAC, AFC, and FRC.
- Ability to create recent roles and modify existing security configurations independently.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
