Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Order Management / Order-to-Cash (O2C)
CTC: 3.5LPA
Key Responsibilities
Manage order processing, modifications, holds, and renewals.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and billing.
Coordinate with internal teams and maintain quality standards.
Work with ERP/CRM tools such as SAP or Oracle.
Meet process SLAs and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of O2C and Order Management processes.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM tools.
Willingness to work from the office and in rotational/night shifts.
