We are looking for an experienced Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) / BI Publisher Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle BI Publisher, JDE EnterpriseOne, and report development. The candidate will work on a migration project involving the conversion of existing Create!Form reports to Oracle BI Publisher.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with XML and RTF templates, SQL-based report development, and enterprise reporting solutions. The candidate must be capable of working independently, analyzing existing reports, developing migration solutions, and delivering high-quality reports end to end.

- Analyze existing Create!Form reports, templates, layouts, and business requirements.
- Migrate existing Create!Form reports to Oracle BI Publisher while maintaining the required formatting, layout, and business logic.
- Develop, customize, and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
- Work with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) reporting functionality and related data sources.
- Design and develop XML and RTF templates for business reports.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to retrieve and process report data.
- Configure report layouts, data models, parameters, and output formats as required.
- Validate migrated reports against existing Create!Form outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and resolve issues related to report formatting,



data mapping, calculations, and output generation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, report validation, and defect resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation for report migration, configurations, and implementation.
- Manage assigned deliverables independently and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Provide support during deployment and post-migration validation.

- Oracle BI Publisher: Strong hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1): Valuable practical experience with JDE E1 applications, reporting, and related data structures.
- Create!Form: Good working knowledge of Create!Form report design, templates, and migration requirements.
- XML and RTF Templates: Experience developing and modifying XML-based report templates and RTF layouts.
- SQL: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, joins, transformations, validation, and report troubleshooting.
- Report Development: Experience designing, testing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise reports.
- Migration & Validation:



Ability to analyse legacy reports and migrate them to Oracle BI Publisher while preserving business requirements and output accuracy.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to independently identify and resolve report-related technical issues.
- End-to-End Delivery: Experience handling requirements analysis, development, testing, validation, and implementation.

- Familiarity with JDE E1 report development tools and reporting workflows.
- Knowledge of Oracle database concepts and enterprise reporting environments.

- Ability to compare legacy and migrated report outputs and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
