We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultant with 8-10 years of Oracle HCM implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, Fast Formulas, BPM Workflows, Redwood UI, and VBCS development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
- Configure and support core HCM modules including:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Employee & Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS)
- Payroll
- Learning
- HR Helpdesk
- Workforce Compensation
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Talent Management (Goals, Performance & Succession)
- Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas within HCM Extracts for advanced data extraction and business requirements.
- Design, configure, and manage BPM approval workflows for HR transactions.
- Implement and support Oracle Redwood UI and develop custom solutions using VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service).




- Build custom extensions and integrations leveraging Redwood components and Oracle technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize HR processes.
- Enhance employee and manager experiences through Redwood design principles and self-service capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and provide production support.
- Participate in rotational shifts and weekend on-call support as required.

Required Skills: ✅ 8-10 years of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation/support experience

- End-to-end implementation lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support and implementation environment.
- Experience in global HCM deployments is an added advantage.
