We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence & ORC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence & ORC.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Develop and maintain documentation of implemented solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other systems.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence & ORC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and configuration.
