We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management (CE) modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting and enhancing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, Oracle Fusion integrations, and production support activities in global enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management (CE) modules.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including invoicing, receipts, collections, credit management, and bank reconciliations.
- Configure AR functionalities such as:
- Customer Profiles
- Transaction Types
- Receipt Methods
- AutoCash Rules
- Lockbox Processing
- AutoInvoice
- Configure and support Cash Management processes including:
- Bank Account Setup
- Bank Statement Processing
- Cash Positioning
- Automatic and Manual Reconciliations
- Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications using:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- FBDI
- Web Services
- Middleware Platforms
- File-Based Interfaces
- Manage inbound and outbound interfaces involving customer data, invoices, receipts, bank statements, and accounting transactions.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve interface failures, reconciliation discrepancies, data validation issues, and cross-system transaction errors.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



technical teams, banking partners, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless business operations.
- Support month-end and period-end close activities, including AR-to-GL reconciliation and Subledger Accounting (SLA) validations.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design reviews, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), regression testing, and production deployments.
- Support data migration, legacy system conversions, FBDI/ADFDI uploads, and cutover activities during implementations.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and provide ongoing AMS and production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of Oracle Financials experience with strong focus on Oracle Fusion AR and Cash Management.
- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion AR and CE configurations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion integrations.
- Experience working with Lockbox providers, banking platforms, treasury systems, and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of:
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- AR-to-GL Reconciliation
- Financial Controls
- Period-End Close Processes
- Experience with data conversion, migration, and implementation support.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and documentation capabilities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with GL, AP, Payments, Treasury, Banking Platforms, and Custom Applications.
- Experience supporting global Oracle Fusion implementations and AMS environments.
- Exposure to Agile project methodologies and Oracle Cloud release management.
