Position - Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Revenue Management Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance – Revenue Management Functional Consultant to join our support engagement team. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of hands-on functional experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules, specializing in Revenue Management. The role focuses on post-implementation support, troubleshooting, enhancements, compliance, and driving continuous process improvement for global financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide daily functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Revenue Management (RMCS) and related Finance modules.
- Analyze, triage, and resolve incidents, issues, and service requests in accordance with defined SLAs.
- Investigate system and configuration issues; engage with Oracle Support as required to drive timely resolution.
- Support financial close, revenue recognition cycles, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring or complex incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- System Enhancements & Change Management:
- Gather and analyze evolving business and regulatory requirements; recommend and implement system configuration updates and enhancements.
- Work with technical teams and integration partners to manage interfaces, data flows, and reporting solutions.
- Participate in testing activities (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for new releases, enhancements, and quarterly Oracle updates.
- Ensure system changes follow internal change management and documentation protocols.
- Compliance & Controls:
- Ensure revenue processes and system configurations align with corporate standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ASC 606/IFRS 15).
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, running queries, and assisting auditors.
- User Training & Documentation:
- Develop and maintain end-user documentation, SOPs, job aids,



and knowledge base articles for Revenue Management processes.
- Provide hands-on support, training, and user guidance for day-to-day and period-end activities.
- Conduct workshops or knowledge transfer sessions as required.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between Finance business users, IT, and external partners.
- Communicate status updates, action plans, and issue resolution to stakeholders in a clear, timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Order Management, Billing, AR, and Reporting, for end-to-end solution support.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current on Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance releases and Revenue Management module enhancements.
- Recommend and facilitate adoption of system features to drive automation, compliance, and process optimization.
- Proactively identify efficiency opportunities in financial and revenue recognition workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, with strong focus on Revenue Management (RMCS).
- In-depth understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and their application in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Robust incident, change management, and troubleshooting skills in a cloud finance environment.
- Experience supporting global users and working with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with integration points between Revenue, Billing, AR, and other related modules.
- Oracle Cloud certification in Revenue Management or Financials (preferred, not mandatory).

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.).
- Prior exposure to systems and processes for global financial consolidation and reporting.
- Familiarity with SOX, audit controls, and ITIL support methodologies.
- Experience executing/supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing and validation.
