We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Cloud Support Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud modules, accounting processes, integrations, and production support. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support global operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for Oracle Finance Cloud modules, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Cash Management
- Expense Management
- Support and manage Oracle Accounting Hub (AHCS) and bank integrations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS integrations.
- Handle large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations involving multiple Business Units (BUs), Ledgers, Consolidation, and Financial Reporting.
- Analyze business requirements and provide accounting solutions using Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support standards.




- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve production issues and optimize system performance.
- Participate in rotational shifts and weekend on-call support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong functional experience in Oracle Finance Cloud modules (AP, GL, Cash Management, Expense).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Accounting Hub and Bank Integrations.
- Experience supporting Oracle PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance business processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level Oracle Cloud projects with multiple legal entities and ledgers.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and SLA management.
- Oracle Cloud Certification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global support environment.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
