Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant – Payroll, OTL & Absence Management
Experience: 8–10 years
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.
Handle Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and Absence Management.
Gather business requirements, perform functional configuration, and map HR processes to system capabilities.
Support payroll processing, time entry, absence plans, leave accruals, and related workflows.
Troubleshoot functional issues, conduct testing, and support integrations and data validation.
Work with business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with HR and payroll requirements.
Mandatory Skills
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Absence Management, Functional Configuration, Requirement Gathering, Testing and Troubleshooting.
