Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials – Accounts Receivable (AR) Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of the Accounts Receivable module, including customer billing, invoice processing, payment management, collections, and financial reporting. You will work closely with finance teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to improve financial processes and ensure accurate accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support the Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud Accounts Receivable (AR) module.
- Manage customer billing, invoice processing, receipts, and payment applications.
- Support revenue recognition processes and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to customer accounts, billing, payments, and receivables.
- Work with finance teams to improve cash collection processes and manage outstanding receivables.
- Configure and maintain AR workflows, controls, and business processes.
- Prepare and analyze AR reports and key financial metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams on functional requirements, system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation,



including business requirements, configuration details, and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and applicable financial regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation and support.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable (AR) .
- Hands-on experience with customer invoicing, receipts, payment applications, collections, and AR transactions.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial management processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

Good to Have

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Tax, including GST and Thomson Reuters OneSource.
- Knowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules, particularly Procurement and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects and business process improvements.
