Experience: Fresher & Experience (1-3 Years)

Job Location: Salem

Working Shift: Rotational Shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Machine Setting, operate and monitor production machinery according to specifications.
- Regular Process Monitoring, ensure production flow, adjust settings if necessary and ensure efficiency.
- Inspect products at various stages, ensuring they meet our requirement
- Perform minor repairs, preventative checks and cleaning of the machineries
- Accurately record production logs, material usage and quality data on regular basis.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance and regulatory standards.
- General troubleshooting knowledge, resolve minor issues and delays to minimize downtime.
- Work with teams to optimize workflows and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Provident Fund, ESI, Medical, Uniform, Yearly Increment , etc.,
