Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Trainee to support our manufacturing and project operations. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in production planning, shop-floor coordination, quality, material management, and project execution.

Educational Qualification

- ITI – Mechanical
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in daily manufacturing and shop-floor operations.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase, and Assembly teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Support production planning, work allocation, and material availability tracking.
- Maintain daily production reports, project trackers, and operation records.
- Follow up on job status, pending activities, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in quality checks and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support 5S, workplace safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement activities.
- Identify operational delays and report issues to the reporting manager.
- Learn manufacturing processes related to Jigs & Fixtures, SPMs, Industrial Automation, Precision Machining, Fabrication, and Mechanical Assemblies.





Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and accountability.

Preferred Candidate
- Interested in manufacturing operations and project coordination.
- Willing to work on the shop floor and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
