Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Sonipat, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production and shop-floor operations. This position monitors workflow, allocates resources, and ensures that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. The role includes coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

The Operations

Supervisor will track key performance indicators, maintain documentation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide guidance and performance feedback to team members. The role also involves resolving operational issues, participating in planning meetings,



and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Candidates should possess Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience in production planning, process optimization, and meeting output and quality targets.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data interpretation, and the ability to use metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear instructions on the shop floor, cross-functional coordination, and reporting to management.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in plastics or packaging, and familiarity with injection/blow molding processes is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Production, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems (such as ISO), and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, production reporting tools) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
