Solar Operations & Project Manager – Grace Solar Tech

Location: Eluru, Andhra Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 gross per month, based on proven skills and experience. Approved business travel expenses reimbursed separately.

About Us

Grace Solar Tech provides rooftop solar, solar pumping, installation and maintenance services through our offices in Eluru, Chintalapudi and Jangareddigudem.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on manager to lead daily operations, coordinate our teams and take ownership of projects from enquiry to commissioning and payment completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage site surveys, quotations, project schedules and customer follow-ups.
- Track bank loan applications, DISCOM/portal documentation, net metering and pending approvals.
- Plan material requirements, verify available stock and coordinate approved purchases.
- Coordinate office staff, installation teams, suppliers and transport.
- Track customer payments against agreed milestones and follow up on outstanding amounts.
- Resolve delays and customer concerns.
- Submit clear daily reports covering completed work, pending tasks, deadlines and decisions required.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience,



preferably including at least 2 years in rooftop solar project operations.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/EEE preferred. Graduates with solid relevant experience will also be considered.
- Practical knowledge of solar installations, inventory and project coordination.
- Ability to manage teams and independently follow tasks through to completion.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Good Telugu communication and ability to understand English documents.
- Willingness to travel between branches and project sites.
